I provide Business Analysis services to help companies identify and clarify their
needs that are cascaded down to detailed, unambiguous requirements.
I am responsible to:
-Handle and manage stakeholders
-Elicit and specify requirements
-Document the functional and non-functional requirements
-Requirements analysis and modelling
-Requirements validation and negotiation
-Requirements management
As a Senior Business Analyst I am responsible for preparing the Technical
Proposals in response to offered tenders after conducting discovery
sessions. I am also responsible for preparing the full integrated solution
and providing the solution’s architecture.
I conduct eliciation workshops with the various stakeholders to gather the
needed requirements. The requirements are then documented, analyzed
and modelled. After requirements validation and approval by the client, I
manage the requirements using Microsoft TFS. I conduct meetings with
the designated implenentation team to handover the User Stories with
each sprint and follow-up with them up till the Review Meetings.
I monitor the full development life cycle including UAT and Production
phases of the project delivery.

Implementation
The project involves introducing a Business Rule Engine to
delegate all the business rule execution to. Through requirements
elicitation and specifying the Business Rules Management System’s
selection criteria a full solution architecture is proposed after the
selection of an appropriate BRMS. The pilot project encapsulates
the business of the Annual Vacation as a proof of concept.
I developed a multiplatform Charity application for FbiTech Inc. that
was running on Android and iOS platforms. It was implemented using
Titanium Alloy framework.

Working as a JAVA Developer, developing web-based applications
following J2EE standards and Struts framework. Utilizing open
source tools and packages such as hibernate for persistence layer,
ECLIPSE as development IDE and Postgre DBMS. As for testing,
JUnit was used.

project (Water and Electricity Sectors).
