My role is to assist businesses across Canada in developing their energy portfolio. We work in all facets of energy procurement and efficiency.
We operate in all de-regulated North-American markets, but my focus has been Western Canada, mainly Alberta.
One of our specialties is negotiating supply agreements for both natural gas and electricity. The end goal is to develop long-term business relationships that can bring stability, sustainability and cost-savings to different types business industries.
• Attended 6 weeks training which included crystal and libra operating system, as well as soft skills training.
• Taking ownership to deal with customer’s queries, complaints, orders and providing them with companies policy and procedures.
• Built customers loyalty by following up callings and or emails for customers who reported an ongoing issue or if I didn’t achieve first call resolution.
• Started in the billing & charge queue till December 2010
• Up skilled to the iPhone technical queue till July 2011.
• Assisted the training and development department. By creating an ongoing technical training material for the iPhone tech queue based on customer’s queries and common call types.
• On-loan acting as a Team leader for 6 months duration in the iPhone tech queue, managed a team consisting of 14 new advisors.
• On-loan floor walker for iPhone tec queue where I was responsible to support new advisors on the call and teach them how to use the system and use their soft skills training to provide our customer the service they expect. Also monitored their calls by doing a weekly call listening to random calls and providing them with knowledge and soft skills feedback.
• On-loan HR recruiter for 4 months during 2012, where I was responsible to phone screening new candidates to assist their English language and communication skills over the phone. As well as scheduling face to face interview appointment to new potential candidates.
