Liaising and building relationships with a range of stakeholders,
e.g. customers, suppliers and colleagues
Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers - this can involve writing and proofreading copy and liaising with designers and printers
Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials
Maintaining and updating mailing databases
Organizing and attending events and exhibitions
Securing sponsorship to assist with the publicity and funding of marketing projects
Carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness
Compassing & Handling Advertising Campaigns (T.V, Media, Magazines, Newspapers)
Evaluating marketing campaigns
Monitoring competitor activity
Contributing to and developing long-term marketing plans and strategies
Assisting in the delivery of approved strategies
Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues
Handling the key accounts Deals (Brands, Hotels, Restaurants…etc.)
HR Executive
1. Assistant the GM in preparing letter and general information regarding the HR issues
2. Full Responsibility of HR activities between the company and HRD
3. Ensure the attendance of employees by managing the finger print attendance machine
4. organization of the presence of the leaves of Employees
5. Preparation of a special system for keeping personal files and files of each regular staff Order, and classification.
6. All the data entry for staff in the Computer.
7. The application of rules and regulations, resolutions and circulars relating to personnel And volunteers and monitor their implementation.
8. Preparation of draft administrative decisions that govern the work of the administrative and circulation.
