Managing key client projects, coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope including but not limited to:
• Activity and resource planning
• Organizing and motivating project team
• Controlling Time Management
• Cost estimating and developing budget
• Analyzing and managing projects risk
• Monitoring progress
• Managing reports and necessary documentation
• Creating and distributing the company’s projects issue log
Bougary Holding is a Real Estate company owning and developing several hospitality projects including but not limited to Al Beban mega project hotel which is planned to be the largest Crown Plaza in the world.
As a Project Coordinator in Bougary Holding for over 3 years, I was managing and coordinating all project documents throughout the life of the project such as:
-Project Business Case and Documents
-PM & Consultant selection
-Contractors tendering and bidding
-Construction Contract Engineering and signing
-Developing the company's internal Time Schedules for projects tasks and monitoring their progress and reporting risks
- Coordinating between the owner (my employer) and all other involved stakeholders
Arranging for stakeholders meetings, taking and handing out MOMs
-Regular site supervisions and inspections of progress
-Reviewing and checking Project Technical Documents (DWGS, reports, Monthly Reports, ...etc)
-Delivering regular status and phase reports
