Meeting with customers to discuss their needs, budget and the recommended solution for the required scope of work.
Issuing formal quotation with the required scope of work and the expected time of completion.
Review drawings submitted by the client and consultant and make sure they conform to the city stars guide lines.
Negotiating with contractors to provide customers with the best prices in accordance to the required time and quality.
Review and write reports for contractor’s interim payment.
Presenting city stars pervious projects.
