1.Work on Critical path analysis and resource scheduling of work packages for over several packages.
2.Evaluate and review the project schedule & updates for all packages
3.Prepare weekly, monthly project progress and budgetary reports.
4.Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Contractors as required
5.Prepare all meeting minutes.
6.Prepare all Project correspondences.
7.Assist in preparing contractors contracts and V.O.
8.Review and monitoring all Packages Submittals logs.
9.Review contractors & Consultant progress reports.
10.Review and evaluate all contractors claim.
11.Review, Evaluate and comments all contractors close out requirements and reports .
12.Assist and evaluate on-going medical Equipment/services quotations, submittals and V.O's
13.Review, evaluate and comment MEP Preventive maintenance schedule.
14.Establish the Maintenance Software, prepare updates and prepare the work orders for contractors during maintenance period.

5.Attend and prepare the meeting minutes.

1.Prepare Project Master Schedule in design phase.
2.Assist in cost estimate of the project components.

1. Evaluate and review the project schedule & updates.
2.Prepare monthly project and budgetary reports using Expedition Reporting.
3.Prepare the meeting minutes.
4.Review and monitoring contractor Submittals logs.
5.Review contractor and Consultant progress reports.
6.Review and Evaluate Cost Loaded Schedule.
7.Review and initiate Contractor’s Payment Certificate
8.Review and evaluate Variation Orders.
9.Administrate contractual requirements and procedures

1.Prepare Contractors Construction Schedules, Progress Reports, Payment Applications, time/cost impact of Change Orders on that Contract using “Primavera” software.
2.Assist in subcontractors schedule preparation.
3.Monitoring and update (cash flow, cost control reports and the actual productivity) and suggesting methods to improve it.
4.Report to head office the key problems and suggest the required solution.
5.Prepare weekly and monthly project reports using Expedition Reporting
