Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
• Insure follow up of Recruitment activities by using the appropriate management and reporting tools.
• Create and publish advertisements in various media sourcing.
• Conduct face to face and phone interviews to insure first round selection of candidates.
Personnel:
• Manage the out process for all levels.
• Conduct exit interviews for resigned employees.
• Create and manage the internal communication.
• Update the organization chart aligned with hiring plan and change of status.
• Generate required periodical reports weekly and monthly basis reflect Turnover, Exit interviews reasons and Employees requests complaints.

Performance Appraisals:

• Monitor the violation rules and discuss action planes with departments’ heads to comply with labor law and Nestlé standards regulations.
• Responsible for the time attendance management and handle system technical issues.
• Absent employees tracking and implementing the labor law.
• Follow up vacation consumption plans.
