- Provide the customers with all required information related to the company products and services.

- Provide customers with right recommendations and actions.
- Follow up the customer's related cases and feeding the customers back with the final status.
- Follow-up customer accounts and monitor payments.
- Update customer profile and contact management system with all the customer demands or inquires.
- Handle the day-to-day interactions and solving any problem related to any customer.
- Implement high quality standards of Customer Service in order to exceed their expectations and to assure their satisfaction.
- Manage the ongoing customer relationship with the customers.
- Provide customer feedback to management team.
- Checking the customer account and giving him the money he uses to receive in USD.
