I had responsibility of the company real estate market in : Egypt, London, Dubai, Turkey, Oman) in addition to assistant in the internal real-estate business inside Qatar from Renting as well finding buyers
My job role also was to expand company market, to collect new data from fresh customers as well to follow up on our existing customers by keeping in touch and promoting our new projects world wide and so I was able to make a deal with one of the biggest Multi National Companies in Doha ( Dolphin Energy LTD) and here below was the deal as follows:
They enrolled my company in their Employees Benefit programe by signing agreement between their authenticated person and my CEO
We had weekly base an in-house event where we meet the employees their and promote our real estate properties it was at their cafeteria
In addition to what above I was also in charge of adding new real estate companies world wide, the trusted one to have an agreement with my company as to be their sponsorship dealer in Doha and this to be an exclusive deal where we will be their only soul agent
Sales supervisor in company show room where I up sell company food product and made deals with reputable companies as wellout door cathering achievements made exclusive deals with ministry of environment, municipality and urban planning, al jazeera media, kahramaa and many other reputable entities
I quited from mobinil and joined orascom company in one of its subsidiaries otlob.com its in line food ordering where I worked indoor sales where I had portofolio of existing customers to keep them and made akl required follow up in their requests and needs and to reach new wide deals as well out side door sales where I attach new companies to be aaded to our company lists

• Starting in call center as customer service representative aiming at serving customers through phone and reach full customer satisfaction in an attempt to save and keep our company's good image.
• Finally, Till now working at the Credit Department as an Enterprise Credit Account Specialist where my main objective is to revise all payments of corporate accounts whether key, large or sme and call those who don't pay or have delayed in payments + monitoring all customer's usage from making international or local calls even those who are roamer + taking action in all requests sent to the department either from customer service agents or from outside customers who sent faxes or e-mail asking for specific services
• Lest but not last pay accounts visits through which we discuss their current financial conditions and reach compromise in paying all due amounts and avoid any future delay
credit risk management is enrolled under customer service department, my major tasks is having portfolio of corporate accounts with all its segmentations from SME, Large & Key accounts where i do report their bills' payments monthly and monitor their bills and usage as well and pay these accounts call to check incase of having any delay in payments as well as visiting these accounts to work on solving any problems that they might have which may cause their port out or termination or stop in payment for any illuded reasons as well working on different reports including roaming one where i report all users that travels abroad with their mobiles to make sure they know all rates of voice and data usage and to make sure that every thing is on its right track to avoid any future conflicts affecting their payments as well handling internal reports in my departments and work as assist for new comers and teach them how to manager their works
