PhD in diabetes. A pharmacogenomic based research.
The project involve GWAS of Diabetic patients newly diagnosed and previously diagnosed with complications. Follow_up of Prediabetics and GWAS to predict risk of diabetes.
Genome wide association studies of Diabetic patients genetic data and performing association analysis with clinical phenotype data.
Patient gene sequencing raw data files wer run through Quality control and then imputed followed by association anlysis.
Patients enrolled in these projects were either new diagnosed diabetics or previously diagnosed and follow up the complications of diabetes.

I worked as hospital pharmacist, applying Pharmaceutical care to inpatients through Pharmacy and Therapeutic committee; healthcare team of High Expertize Physicians, Pharmacist and nurses. I served Hepatic patients; therapeutic drug monitoring based on patients clinical investigations, liver function and kidney function, chronic disease status, patient family, and medication history, patient relevant diagnosis as well as patient demographics.
I conducted my first master project in Pharmaceutical Sciences, pharmacoeconomics research to calculate the cost- patient outcome.
This project enabled me to allocate optimize patient medication, dosage regimen based on the expected clinical outcome and patient socioeconomic level in the society.
Master degree in Bioinformatics: 1- Introduction to Bioinformatics 2- Programming in PYTHON, PERL, And R 3- Analysis of DNA sequence data; next generation sequencing, transcriptomic said, amplicon data. 4- Phylogenetic analysis. 5- Genetic analysis, mode of trait inheritance, pedigrees, statistical analysis of association of variants. 6- Population genetics. 7- Linux interface for sequence analysis tools, VCFtools, VEPscore.
