1) Responsible for internal HR system and Oracle Fusion ERP system (HCM).
2) Being the admin and key user in HR department to implement the new system "Oracle Fusion" and any new requirements".
3) To coordinate, follow-up, and explain any new adjustments or requests to the IT Department.
