-Manage daily operations of the Human Resources Department including personnel.
-Supervise the adherence of all the company's employees to HR rules and regulations in cooperation with the department managers
-Create and supervise recruitment, hiring procedures/system and orientation/probation/training programs for new employees and develop annual training and coordinate its execution.
-Develop and maintain up to date grading, job titles, job functions and adequate benefits system
-Develop and implement a performance appraisal system in the company
-Develop an annual training and development calendar and coordinate the execution of the training requirements of the employees of the company.
-Manage employees' relations and grievances, disciplinary actions or cessations of employment.
-Ensure implementation and efficient workflows of the HR Software in line with HR policies and procedures.
-Create and supervise annual programs and initiatives to promote employees’ well-being in line with Company’s strategy such as but not limited to Employee CSR Program.
-Manage administrative related matters through supervising and directing administrative teams in different departments.

-Contribute in new procedures and systems planning, testing and implementation.
-Make decisions and delegate work to others when needed.
-Provide day to day support to the Director.
-Devise and maintain Director’s Office system
-Director’s point of contact with people from outside and inside the Organization
-Make decisions and delegate work to others when the Director is unavailable- when possible.
