-Arranging advertising to promote the property
-Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database
-Making appointments and showing buyers around a property
-Finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price
-Referring buyers to mortgage arrangers for quotations and advice
- Search new technologies applied globally, determine the type of equipments used and manufacturing process executed, and entertain with the company's top management the applicability and feasibility of such technology for the business;
- Establish communication lines with equipments 'manufacturers/suppliers to ensure that the company's performance is in line with the best practices in the market;
- Conduct meetings with potential investors to demonstrate the key advantages of a given project
- Attend meetings with banks to determine the suitable finance needed to accommodate a given project
- Managing and distributing information within an office which includes answering phones, taking memos and maintaining files.
- Scheduling appointments, sending and receiving correspondence with the clients and preparing presentation materials.
