1. Conduct salary scale update and survey
2. Monitor performance assessment process
3. Recommend annual increment and bonus guidelines and other compensations
4. Update HR Policy in coordination with other sections.

2. Relating competencies from job analysis to the training plan.
3. Managing administrative and financial issues with training providers.
4. Promoting L&D activities and encouraging self development for employees.
