o Working closely with the presales team to create the event’s agenda and allocate speakers

Inside Sales Representative acts as the account manager for SMBs. I'm responsible for the management of these account; to profile them, hunt for new deals, then fully manage the sales cycle between our partners and the clients and the internal affairs;solution, quotations and pricing. Another part of the job is to execute certain campaigns that we are pitching. It is all about the customer relationship and interaction.
We establish our relationship with the customer through regular phone calls, customer visits if required and events.
Completed bachelor degree in computer science, major information systems with a GPA of 3.5 form the British university in Egypt. My dissertation's topic was the user interface design of decision support systems(DSS) along with an implemented DSS to help in marketing, sales and HR recruitment for a company.
