SME ELECTROMECHANICAL LLC - a Singapore based electrical contracting firm founded in Singapore in 1975, providing design, supply and installation of electrical systems.
Since its incorporation in 2006 in UAE, working closely as a team builder and team player to a workforce consisting of management staffs from Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia and skilled workers from Indonesia, Burma and India, I had contributed in the successful completion of various projects in the landmark development as well as many other iconic projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Timely reports of the company financial status, streamline revenue and spending analysis to a more accurate, efficient and automated process. Administering and maintaining accounting system, ensures accuracy of financial reports for annual audit, and reviews recommendations to strengthen accounting system and internal controls. Supervision of employees and ensures that all data needed for administrative and financial matters are accomplished.
As a General Accountant and Administrator, my major duties include but not limited to:
Accounts Reconciliation
Supervision of regular accounting processes such as Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Post Month end closing entries such as pre-payments /accruals /depreciation.
Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures.
Analyze different general ledger accounts regularly.
Develop budgetary plans for different projects.
Prepare audit schedules and requirements for external audit.
General Administration support includes staff recruitment, employment visa application and cancellation. Oversee and control employee central file for easy tracking of employee records maintenance, employee medical insurance and leave management including employee probation and progress. Company legal documentation maintenance, ensuring systematic filing for easy access and tracking expiry dates.

Ensures that all sales transactions of the club are properly accounted for and verified through thorough examination of documents, timely preparation of sales reports, and effective review of the different procedures and guidelines to attain its goal of Quality Customer Service.
Key point of contact between the company and its clients. Responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, build a remarkably close relationship with customers and provide the finest service. Managing inquiries with suitable pricing. Follow-up on customer quotations to close deals, process sales order and shipment. Follow up on customer aftersales feedback.
Process all transactions in accordance with bank policy and procedure. Provide a range of teller services to meet customer needs thus, contributing positively to the image of the bank. Responds courteously and effectively to customer concerns.
