The reason I went to Oman was to acquire more experience in catering, which I acquired during my stay there. I learnt how to prepare Arabic, Indian, Continental dishes and barbeques; I got to know how to use different spices for different dishes. In addition to the experience I acquired I learnt how to work well with minimal supervision. i taught english and mathematics to the kids that lived in the household.
