• Arrange visa (Work permit, Husband sponsored visa, Visit visa, Mission visa, Temporary work permit etc.) for expatriates and their family.
• Prepare documents and required legal formalities based on new Quota (Normal, Group & Mission Visa etc) required for the company.
• Preparation of documents for labor inspection of accommodation and office.
• Notary Attestation for all legal documents of the company such as Power of attorney, Authorization etc.
• Collect all appropriate documentation necessary for visa and permits required to be processed.
• Renew, update, cancellation and maintain all employees and their dependents’ visas, labor cards, and labor contracts in a timely manner to ensure that company’s records are up-to-date in the labor and Immigration departments.
• Renew, update and maintain the trade licenses, PRO Card and other government certificates of all company’s legal entities in the UAE to ensure that the documents are up-to-date.
• Preparation & submission of required documents for CICPA (onshore & offshore) gate pass for employees and labors.
• Renew and maintain all company’s leases in the UAE before its expiry, which includes offices, company apartments.
• Advising Medical Tests Arrival date of employees to the HRA executive to schedule.
• Paying Labor Office Fees./ Change Of status Fees / Transfer Visa Fees / Relative Labor Card Fees/ Paying Bank Guarantees.
• Accurate preparation of documents according to the requirement of the legal authorities


• Advise Management of best alternative work permit activities for staff in the processing of Visas.
• Provide continuous advice in regards to the new rules in the governmental departments.
• Collect and provide periodical updates from the government authorities on all Labor and immigration rules to keep the HR department abreast of the changes in the rules and procedures.
• Submit, follow-up and collect all new employment and business visas to ensure that the visas are processed on a timely manner to support the business.
• Deal with general enquires regarding PRO functions promptly and efficiently to enhance the level of department service.
• Provide service, support and assistance to new and existing employees on their requirements such are driving license, car registrations, accommodation and legal requirements to ensure that PR services are provided as required.
• Providing PRO Daily Report to the HR executive to update the recruitment report.
• Assist departments in resolving any issues related to company vehicle registration and renewals to ensure that PRO services are provided as and when it is required.
• Arrange processing attestation of employee qualifications as required.
• Responding to staff queries on Visa/ Labor/ Passport related matters.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of company and employee documents at all times.
