 Preparation of Inspection report and conduct visual examination and report any Non Conformance to senior inspector.
 Review WPS, PQR and ITP and witness welder qualification test.
 Experienced in TIG and MIG welding of joining materials like Stainless steel and Aluminium.
 Conducting destructive tests and Coordinates and supervise site NDE and PWHT activities.
 Carryout inspection in accordance with Codes and standards like ASME, ASTM, AWS.
 Inspection of welding consumables and storage and follows welding equipment condition.
 Responsible for maintaining records of Inhouse Inspection reports and coordinates TPI agency.
 Carried out inspection duties for surface preparation and coating application such as montoring environmental condition, profile checking, peel test, holiday detection test & inspection using WFT & DFT gauges.
 Maintained standards, Test methods and product data sheets as per specification.
