Preparation of inward gate pass and put in respective location.and to offer inward gate pass to quality assurance department, removing non moving, scrap and rejected material in respective location and prepare the list of the same and helping in inventory control system.maintaining of house-keeping and safety system and fire fighting system. recording of the in and out time of forklift, cranes and escort, supervison of worker and staff and maintaining proper label and identifi-cation mark and tag in all materials. maintaining all records in computer in J D Edward system(E R P).
All Export& local Despatch Works, i.e. preparation of export documents, A.RE-1, Packing list, challan cum invoices, co-ordinating with marketing, technical cell, excise regarding related matters, maintaining warehouse stock . Now preparation of invoices & tc in jde system in computer, etc.
