Execution of works as per approved drawings and specifications.
Providing material feedbacks, planning to seniors & ensures in time materials on site.
Works in coordination with quality engineer to ensure the quality of work at every stage of execution.

Ensure execution of every structure of project & completion of the work within the time specification.
To coordinate and help the site engineers to plan for the labour/material requirements for the next day and ensure the same is coordinated with help of construction manager to be arranged.
To work according to the drawing execution, supervision, explaining to the clients, technical explanation, billing-joint measurement, submitting to QS department.
Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and labours.
Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis with proper safety measures.
Manages the junior staff with manpower, materials and machineries according to the priority.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Good co-ordination with clients, contractors, staff and labors.
Civil site engineer. Execution and Knowledge in B.B.S for Box Culverts, Precast box culvert segments, apron slabs, cutoff walls, wing walls and vehicle under passes
Checking plans, drawings, setting out, leveling and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
Execution of layout positions for foundation like open & octagonal foundations, pedestals, columns and beams with all fulfilled safety requirements at site.
Knowledge in B.B.S making for pedestals, columns and beams.
Checks of reinforcement steel, insert plates, corner and edge angles, shuttering dimensions, form work as per Indian standard specifications.
Review the drawings and requisition of materials for use in the construction.
Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.
Monitored consistently the actual progress of the assigned tasks performed as per specifications.
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
Preparation of joint measurement record (J.M.R) for all activities involved in site execution works and verified with clients.
Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Execution of layout positions for foundation like open foundations, slab & Hume pipe culverts and plant works.
Checks of reinforcement steel, shuttering dimensions as per Indian standard specifications.
Check list of toe width markings and execute foundation like plant works, culverts and bridges as per interval chain-ages.
Execution of clearing & grubbing, embankment, sub grade, sub base, bituminous macadam (B.M), wet mix macadam (W.M.M) works as per standards.
Develops the finished Coatings like prime and tack coat and maintains its side slopes and tufting works.
Reconciliation and estimation of materials like concrete, Steel, Bricks, Soil etc?

Preparation of daily project report (D.P.R), daily labor report (D.L.R), planning and progress status in daily, weekly and monthly wise.
Preparation of monthly supply & measurement bills for sub-contractors as per work order.

Accuracy in making of client and sub-contractor monthly bills as per work order.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
