Monitors the serviceability of plant equipment and facilities and ensures they adhere to safety, housekeeping and environmental requirements.
Partner service contractors and vendors to execute maintenance on plant equipment; Contractors induction and training of LSR (Life Saving Rules) before issuing the work permit.
Ensure facility employees adhere to the policies, procedures, philosophies and cultural qualities that has in place as well as new ones that are developed and improved upon.
Health checkup of lifting & Pressurized Equipments (Asset Integrity Guidelines )
Perform Method Statement of maintenance work execution and Safety Risk Assessment; Ensure and completing safety and Engineering Work Request on Time.
Continuous Improvement System TRACC implementation ( 5 S Champion)
Daily Tracking about Breakdown, Hazards reports, machine stoppages.
Analytical approach to collect the data for review of breakdown.
Materials Management - Planning, Outsourcing, Vendor development, Cost Estimation.
