Furnished active functional support in the organisation of queries, LCR and NSFR (Standalone) on regular, monthly and yearly basis. Deliberated sound planning, reporting, financial management, and on-time reporting corresponding to requirements and standards. Presented rule to the group in order to detect and mitigate operational potential issues in administrative reporting. Collaborated with Central Bank of Kuwait off site supervision group for addressing all the regulatory (TBS) report issues and testing. • Directed all activities related to Finalisation of Standalone, Combined Regulatory Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Liquidity, Loan to Deposit Ratio (new), Maximum Available Lending Limits and Sub Reports.
• Provided support in the employment and regulation of Liquidity coverage ratio and Net stable funding ratio system. Significantly functioned as a part of the Regulatory report testing team, and played a pivotal role in the execution and maintenance of ODS data base for all the regulatory reports.
• Developed and fostered a strong network with division heads operating in a number of bank as well as coordinated with O/S financial controllers for the seamless distribution and collection of data.
• Ascertained the manifestation of complete business congruity in unit operations, while integrating competence regarding business and staff continuity capabilities. Delivered high quality assistance to Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) and Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR) group at the execution stage.
• Engaged in system testing while assuring executed scenario emulated in the regulatory report. Evaluated and streamlined all the existing controls, processes and procedures for the achievement efficiency.
Rendered excellent services in regulation and administration of the entire Voyage Accounting straggled by Voyage Developments and Analysis. Utilised expertise of ledger validation, reconciliation of vendor account, branch accounts closing, accrual accounting entry and intercompany reconciliation for accounting.
• Adopted a proactive approach in spearheading all the activities and functions of freight and bunker distribution for time Sanctioned Vessels, Inventory Accounting and Development.
• Involved in controlling stock valuation, provisioning, and paper supporting hedging position booking
Held accountable for superintending all the activities associated with flash reporting to head office, together with formulated and handled accrual accounting entry with bank and cash reconciliations.
• Steered efforts towards the management of Sea Freight branch Accounting, Ledger Validation, Reconciliation of Customer Accounts, along with Cash Handling and Cash Flow Projection.
Led efforts and took care to prepare the Cargo Sales report for few airlines in Excel .
Successfully facilitated automation of bank reconciliation from manual to Tally.
The Accountabilities: Involved in liaising with bank. Handling cash/ bank reconciliation, Vendor and Staff Payments as well as branch imprest accounting. Managing console receipts and reconciliation on daily basis. Putting in place airway bills stock reports and undertaking fixed assets verification.
