Preparing change requests and evaluating the impact of changes to the project. Raising claims for approved changes, Coordination with Engineering Consultants, Preparing weekly & monthly work progress reports and submit to the Managers. submitting Drawings for approval and Leading Team.

Managing 20+ sub contractors for prompt delivery of materials. Raising Technical Queries to Clients. Preparing change requests and evaluating the impact of changes to the project. Raising claims for approved changes. Coordination with Engineering, Production teams to deliver the materials on time. Preparing weekly & monthly work progress reports and submit to the Managers.
