Key Responsibilities: • As Product engineer having full responsibility of testing & co-ordination from initial software load to software approval for commercial product launches.
• Manual and automated testing on Mobile Devices; Trouble shooting & s\w installation for Mobile devices,
responsible for carrying out PRE Launch Testing and Regression/ Load stress testing for CDMA/GSM
handsets.
• Studying and testing network and other services provided by the operator in Drive Test and Writing a
report based on the test results, which would help improve the network for that particular area.
• Well versed with BREW Application Testing, Feature & Performance Testing for CDMA/GSM Mobile
Phones using testing tools like BREW PEK, QPST, QXDM, PST, QCAT, QCTest and CAIT.
• Handling queries regarding Product Performance, and assisting Product Marketing Teams. Issue
resolution follow-up for Motorola CDMA Handsets with Telecom Service Providers and getting Product
Approvals from Operators before commercial launch of phones.
• Involves planning of project, time scheduling, resource handling.
• Preparing list of Technical Issues as per Carrier and test them for Future product features & updating
product teams with latest developments and plans expected by operators.
• Designing and execution of test cases per CDMA/GSM standards and as per Operator specifications.


• Handled Handset testing project Plans from start to end of project & Customer Co-ordination.
• Co-ordination with Product Marketing Team to lock down feature set of all phones as per Operator & Market requirements

Achievements in Motorola: • Received the First BRAVO award for outstanding performance within the first year of the tenure.

Bright Point India ltd, A Channel partner of Nokia Inc is an US MNC, having Four Level 3 service centers in
India for the AMS of Nokia Mobile phones, both GSM and CDMA.

Key Responsibilities: • Troubleshooting and repairing of CDMA & GSM handsets.
• Reporting the faults to NOKIA. Component level service includes the repair and replacement of BGA and Micro BGA components.

Achievements in Bright point:-
• Won the BEST L3 Engineer Award all over the India branches for the Month of March '06. Also was
nominated for the month of September '06.

Key Responsibilities: • Supervising all the authorized service centers of Samsung Co.
• Coordinating with head office in Delhi and service centre.
