Responsibilities:
•Responsible for the preparation of monthly financial results, budget, and quarterly forecasts, and completion of the reporting requirements
•Perform detailed analysis of accounts, prepare month-end reports, and presented findings to top level management
•Key in entries and maintain the company’s general ledger.
•Preparation of Financial statements - Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements. Fixed Asset Schedules etc.
•Preparation of Projected Financial Statements for Bank Loans.
•Prepare and file the necessary Annual Income Tax form according to Tax laws.
•Providing the necessary information to tax authorities to complete the Tax assessments.
•Preparing the Withholding Tax Returns.
•Conduct a review of the monthly Business Activity Statements and balance sheet reconciliation.
•Provide supervision of the annual internal and external audits.
•Responsible reviewing of accounts payable and receivable.
•Interacting with Accounting Migration queries (ADP-accounting system to SAP-accounting system).
•Engaged in the implementation process of ADP-accounting system.
•Involved in VAT implementation programmes
