• Spearheading day-to-day operations of 4 Slaughter houses (7500 BPH, 6600 BPH and 6000 BPH and 4500 BPH) in coordination with a team of 4 Plant Managers, 4 Maintenance managers, 4 QC Managers, 2 Rendering plant manager, 4 Sites HR Manager and about 1800 Workers from all Primary Processing plants
• Evaluating overall plant cost, profitability, product quality, product availability as per the market demand in compliance with the budgeted volume
• Imparting training to Junior Managers & Employees and assisting them in accomplishing individual targets
• Establishing KPIs in the plant and handling all other factory related works
• Involved and managed in building factory together with project team from construction phase to commissioning and starting up the production 6000BPH fully automated. (Meyn Machineries) latter same plant upgraded to 7500 BPH
• Currently working with project team to build another 13, 500 BPH line in Majma

Key Result Areas
• Spearheaded day-to-day operations of the entire 12, 000 Birds/hour fully automated Stork (Marel line) in coordination with a team of 5 Managers in total and 400 Workers (Stork and Innova machineries)
• Evaluating overall plant cost, profitability, quality, product availability as per the market demand in compliance with the budgeted volume
• Imparting training to Junior Managers & Employees and assisting them in accomplishing individual targets
• Establishing KPIs in the plant and handling all other factory related works and coordinating with government officials

Directs and coordinates overall operations for the processing plant. Ensures that objectives are achieved at the lowest cost consistent with quality requirements. Delegates authority to key supervisors in production, production control, methods, cost accounting, maintenance, and related operations. Directs all functions involved such as maintenance, manufacturing, production, purchasing, accounting, and administration.

Highlights

• Successfully enhanced the Daily Production volume by 30, 000 Birds with the little modification in the current plant and ensuring the cost reduction
• Supervised, Managed and coordinated with project team in building additional new processing factory from construction phase to commissioning and starting up the production
• Received appreciation letter and Bonus from group CEO for Increasing production, for starting new Products (Marinated Products ranges) with the existing facility

Highlights
• Handled entire gamut of Sea Food business tasks encompassing Production, Procurement, Sales, Quality & Supply Chain Operations of the factory and the newly established Primary Processing Center
• Spearheaded sale of final products to the potential & existing customers in Europe, US & Asia, while monitoring the Export Documents, Shipment Tracking, etc.
• Responsible for P&L
• Efficaciously worked towards procuring raw sea food from across Tanzania & Mozambique, while developing relationship with new Suppliers and Sea Food Agents with the aim of optimizing costs
• Essayed a stellar role in implementing HACCP, Quality Management Systems and EEC Regulations
• Distinguished efforts for successfully acquiring clearance during EU Inspection and getting the Factory recognized & Awarded by Fisheries and EU Officials as ‘Best Maintained Sea Food Processing Factory in Tanzania’
