• Monitoring revenue recognition practice to ensure 100% compliance with accounting principle.
• MIS Reporting submission of various reports to CEO and Board of Directors with in the deadlines. Analysing Cash-Flow Forecasting on a weekly and monthly basis. Manage fixed asset reporting.
• Preparation of Annual Budget, Working Capital management. Preparing projection for expansion plan. Periodically analyze trends affecting budget requirements; Propose them based on statistical study of data over the years
• Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.

• Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
