Role & Responsibilities
Auditing production, keeping on the lookout for any unsafe behavior or breaks in regulations
Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations
Creating analytical reports of safety data
Inspecting production equipment and processes to make sure they are safe
Ordering repairs for unsafe and/or damaged equipment
Focusing on prevention by keeping up with equipment maintenance and employee training
Presenting safety principles to staff in meetings or lecture-type training sessions
Participating in continuing education to update knowledge of health and safety protocols and techniques
Determining whether the finished product is safe for customers
Creating safety plans that include suggested improvements to existing infrastructure and business processes
Sharing information, suggestions, and observations with project leadership to create consistency in safety standards throughout the production team and the entire company
Meeting company health and safety goals
Investigating causes of accidents and other unsafe conditions on the job site
Liaising with law enforcement and other investigators who are present at the time of a serious accident
Finding the best way to prevent future accidents
Reviewing and reporting on the staff's compliance with health and safety rules and recommending commendations or dismissal based on performance.

Role & Responsibilities
To ensure that all activities at site are carried out in a safe manner and in accordance with the approved HSE procedures, plans and practices.
Inform the site manager of any HSE concerns and non-conformance with procedures, plans etc
Promote HSE awareness amongst site personnel and assist with training activities as necessary.



Monitor the application of SSOW system and of the PTW system.
To ensure that suitable and sufficient risk assessments have been carried out for the jobs to be performed and that the workforce is aware of its contents.
Ensure HSE inductions, HSE procedures and plans, applicable technical standards are known to site personnel and well understood.
Monitor Sub-contractors HSE performance.
Fill in logbooks, as per the procedure (i.e. PTW Logbook, Energy Isolation Logbook, Safety Harness Logbook, Ladder logbook etc.)
Ensuring site HSE equipment (Fire extinguishers, First Aid Kits, Safety Harnesses, Fall Arrestors, Confined Space Rescue Equipment, Gas Testers, Spill Response Kits, and Ladders etc) is available, duly certified, operational, properly stored, regularly checked and documented.
Participate in the application of Emergency and Contingency plans including drills and exercises, if necessary.
Liaoning with site doctors/Project medical co-ordinator whenever as required.
Carry out daily, weekly, monthly inspections alone or in conjunction with site management representatives, in order to measure the degree of compliance with legislation, regulations, procedures and instructions.

Role & Responsibilities:

Provide HSE improvement proposals stating: the non- conformance, proposed corrective action, required resources for corrective action and plan of implementation.
Investigate the root cause HSE complaints put forward by staff members, customers, clients and contractors and report the result to the HSE manager.
Assist with the implementation of Job Safety Analysis and inspect job site activities during particularly difficult or hazardous work situations;
• Assist local management in the preparation and presentation of field HSE meetings;
Coordinate and participate in the investigation of accidents and near misses;
• Review and analyze accidents and near miss incidents and making corrective action recommendations;
• Ensure regular emergency response exercises and drills are conducted to ensure the highest level of preparedness in any emergency. Maintains records of such drills, providing recommendations for emergency response improvements;
• Supervises the regular inspection of firefighting, safety and emergency response Equipment.
• Assist in developing and implementing field location emergency response procedures and evacuation plans.
• Supervise on-site doctors and medical emergency response preparation and implementation;
• Ensure that operations employees, contractors and site visitors receive HSE inductions.
• Report to the HSE Manager weekly

Role & Responsibilities :
•Responsible for creating, implementing & monitoring safety.
•Making sure that legislations are adhered to and assist in planning, implementing, monitoring and reviewing the health and safety strategies.
•Formulate operational procedures that recognizes hazard.
•Assess risks and proper workable solutions so as to minimize conflicts between production considerations and safety.
•Undertake inspections, carryout accident investigations, keep records and write reports.
•Perform variety of routine and complex administrative, technical and professional work in analyzing and administering various components of the environment, health and safety programs.
•Insures that processes take necessary corrective action to prevent future incidents.
•Evaluates hazardous conditions and recommends engineering controls, administrative controls and or personal protective equipment.
•Advise on fire regulations, safeguarding machinery, hazardous substances, occupational hazard and environmental health.
•Assist in fire prevention programs including building evacuation procedures.
•Liaison with professionals such as officers of the enforcing authority.
