• Responsible in quantity survey of on-going projects.
• Review bill of quantities and make comparison with the approved construction plan.
• Make unit price analysis of each project activities.
• Report to Technical Manager and discuss the problems that may arise between the comparison of BOQ and as per Plan quantities.
• Coordinate with Cost Engineer to ensure the budget shall be fully implemented.
• In-charge in the preparation of monthly billing.
