• Evaluate equipment and machine operation for repair needs.
• Install new industrial equipment and calibrate for optimum performance.
• Utilize power and hand tools as needed while maintaining safety standards..
• Carries out repair, overhauling, recondition, fabrication and testing of mechanical parts.
• Carries out records, planned inspection, check alignment and lubrication.
• Provide immediate response and necessary action to the reported abnormal condition of any mechanical equipment and installation.

- Increased early detections of premature faults leading to machine failures, unplanned plant shutdown, high maintenance cost.
- Systematic approach on analyzing cause of equipment to fail by the use of vibration analysis (FFT and Time wave form) and other techniques.
- Increased service life of bearings, mechanical seal and etc by following the manufacturer’s advised
- Immediate response on plant’s call outs.
- Maintained the tools clean and in good condition and observed the cleanliness of the workshop.
