QUALITY CONTROL
Conducts incoming inspection, in-process inspection and final inspection of materials, rotating
equipment parts and accessories, white metal bearings and other rotating equipment.
Prepares inspection test plan (ITP), drawings and specifications.
Performs non-destructive testing (UT and PT).
Finalizes specifications, conducts visual and measurement tests, reject and return unacceptable
materials.
Measures products with rulers, calipers, gauges, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
Reviews blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.
QUALITY ASSURANCE, DOCUMENT CONTROL, INTERNAL AUDIT
Creates and updates quality assurance records, work procedures and forms.
Issues, reviews and evaluates NCR from start to close out.
Prepares internal audit plan and schedule and conducts internal audit for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
Maintains calibration of equipment, updates and creates work procedures and tracks KPI.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Educating employees on Company’s safety policies and procedures.
Inspects the fire alarm system, extinguishers, lifting equipment, etc. and make sure its calibrated
properly.
QHSE performance measurement, inspection and auditing.
Organizing and facilitating safety training and tool box meeting to all employees
- Installation of low voltage system equipment namely CCTV and Fire Protection equipment.
- Termination and troubleshooting of fire alarm system, manual push button, smoke detector, heat detector, sensor, etc.
- Participates in the testing and commissioning of Fire Protection system.
⬧ Installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of CNC machines and equipment use in metal sheet and steel fabrication such as shearing, bending, roll forming, uni strat, powder coating, punching, etc.
⬧ Participates in testing and commissioning of newly installed machines and equipment to ensure good and proper working condition.
⬧ Installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of power tools such as electric grinder, electric drill, pneumatic riveter, pneumatic hammer, welding machines, etc.
⬧ Installation of compressed air and power supply requirements for new and existing machines and equipment when the needed.
⬧ Repair, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of plumbing fixtures and equipment such as water pump, water closet, lavatory, bidet, shower, water cooler, etc.
⬧ Perform minor repair and maintenance of AC units, air compressors and water pump.
⬧ Assisted in the installation of 20 units CCTV cameras in production and offices premises.
⬧ Installation of electrical equipment and related accessories such as panel board, circuit breakers, motors, convenience outlet, switches and lighting outlets when new or renovation is needed.
⬧ Electrical wiring installation, conduits and pulling of wires using appropriate tools and materials.
⬧ Works closely with contractors and suppliers if coordination and assistance is needed.
⬧ Operates man lift, scissor lift and overhead crane to finish a certain job.
⬧ Responsive to tenant’s complaint in the areas of safety, architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and environmental needs through personal contracts and work order systems.
⬧ Ensuring all facilities and equipment are in good operating condition and operate at maximum efficiency through regular inspection for unsafe, malfunctioning, and suboptimal conditions.
⬧ Supervising and monitoring the operation and maintenance of sewage treatment plant (STP), cooling tower, chillers, elevators, escalators, generators, diesel tank, electrical control room, AHU, FCU, water supply system, fire protection and emergency supply equipment.
⬧ Conducts periodic maintenance, troubleshooting or repair of the building’s architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
⬧ Coordinates maintenance efforts with building’s accredited contractors/technicians when work cannot be performed of in-house.
⬧ Overseeing and ensuring the efficient and effective work of in-house team and contractors work such as electrician, plumber, mechanics and control room operators.
⬧ Orders equipment parts and supplies as required.
⬧ Maintains tools/stocks and inventory control.
⬧ Prepares and maintains maintenance related records and ensuring proper filing of all engineering-related documents.
⬧ Reviewing and placing comments on plans (architectural, mechanical, electrical, fire suppression/protection, and plumbing/sanitary) in preparation for fit-out construction or renovation.
⬧ Computes tenant’s billing regarding water, electricity and other utilities consumption.
⬧ Inspects and checks tenant’s construction status to verify compliance to agreed standard.
⬧ Inspects items regarding electrical, mechanical, plumbing during tenant’s ingress and egress to leased premises.
⬧ Handles more than 50 operators, line leaders and technicians and monitors their performance imposing discipline in the workplace.
⬧ Monitors process parameters such as but not limited to furnace temperature, water conductivity, water temperature, chemical concentration, conveyor speed, aluminum film thickness, air and water pressure and dust particle count.
⬧ Supervises operation and maintenance of high voltage 400KW DC power supplied sputtering machine and its supporting equipment and devices such as cryogenic pumps, rotary pumps and mechanical booster pumps.
⬧ Overall responsible for overseeing production operation and in achieving key performance indicators such as productivity, quality, output, cost reduction, yield and material usage rate.
⬧ Coordinates with engineering department and outside contractor for major repair or overhauling of machine and equipment, processing of purchase orders and scheduling of preventive maintenance activities.
⬧ Checks and monitors spare parts of production machines and makes purchase orders in order to maintain appropriate stocks level.
⬧ Makes and supervises preventive maintenance activities of the whole production line to maintain efficient and productive operation.
⬧ Plans and prepares environmental aspects and impact evaluation and updates and submits it on a monthly basis for review.
⬧ Conducts investigation for process deviation, products abnormality, safety incident and quality problem that will directly or indirectly affect costumers or clients.
⬧ Answers and response to CAR or Complaint Action Request through 8D method of problem solving.
⬧ Answers and response to Safety complaint issued by internal or external parties.
⬧ Budgeting and proper allocation of production materials and resources for organizational success.
⬧ NOTABLE ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Installed trigger/alarm every 2 hours for uniformity of cleaning frequency of resist roller in resist coating process thereby minimizing resist bubble that results to aluminum cut wire defect.
Implement ultrasonic washing of glass plate materials prior to silica coating resulting to yield increase of silica coating process from 90% to 92%.
Replaced the conveyor roller material from plastic to duracon type minimizing glass plate contamination resulting to decrease in pin hole defect from 3% to 1%.
⬧ Supervises production operation, testing and inspection of vacuum fluorescent display including electrical, functional, display and visual appearance inspection.
⬧ Attends and conducts emergency quality meeting when the need arises in the production line.
⬧ Provides advance quality planning in order to meet quality targets and lower lot rejection rates.

Devised a jig with groove corresponding to lead pattern and quantity of critical models decreasing the outflow rate of lead defect from 1 ppm to 0.25 ppm during visual inspection.
Devised a dimensional jig for error proofing eliminating the outflow rate of misaligned assembly from 1ppm to 0 ppm during visual inspection.
Implemented monthly exam and assessment of inspectors to evaluate the quality and judgment thereby lowering the over rejection rate in visual inspection process from 5% to 1%.
⬧ Performs defect analysis and investigation of products, materials and processes and provides and implements solutions in order to attain higher product yield and process stability.
⬧ Conducts measurement of standard working environment including illumination, dust particle, humidity and temperature that may affect the quality of products and materials.

Zeroed out bubbles defect on 007MT286NK model caused by adhesive contamination by prohibiting the use of sticky roller during final assembly.
Discovered carbon paper used in isolation checking as one of the cause of uneven brightness for 000BN066GNK thereby decreasing the defect rate from 3% to 0.9%.
Reduction of 006BT359GNK no connection defect rate by as much as 1.5% by modification of lead bend angle from 5 to 8 degrees.
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering is a five year course with board exam needed to pass in order to be a Registered Electrical Engineer.
