Practices and Procedures - sponsor and support the documentation and maintenance of practices, procedures and required training that ensure safe, incident-free, reliable, cost effective plant operations and maintenance activities.
Training & Development - Supports the management of best-practices, procedures and training programs for plant operations and maintenance. Understand and follows all plant safe work processes and plant Tenets of Operations. Knows and understand applicable notes and responsibilities for executing the plant operational Excellence Management System practices and procedures.
Bookkeeping - Sponsors and supports by monitoring and recording Operations Department expenditures. Duties range from creating spreadsheets to reporting expenses to the Nylon Plant Superintendent, managing safety audit reports and supporting employee safety based programs.
Planning & Scheduling - planning event like board meetings, luncheons and safety celebrations. This may require researching vendor prices or inquiring about participants’ availability. Other duties include but are not limited to scheduling appointments and preparing presentation materials.
Document Management - Support Operations Department members with documentation. Aside from storing, organizing and managing files will need to type, edit and proof-read documents. Required to take dictation or record the minutes of meetings. Ensures critical department policies, practices and procedures are documented and maintained in accordance with Operational Excellence System Standards and Specifications. Executes document management and retention activities as scheduled and in a timely manner.

Description and Simulation Department). Job task includes analytical functions in the
Department’s planning and program organization. Assist in preparing departmental
reports such as Operating Manpower plan, Accountability reports and other elated reports
for management review and endorsement. Provides analysis and summaries, as assigned,
of various departmental issues and presents findings to management. Acts as vacation
reliever for the Department Training Coordinator, Computer Security Liaison, Human
Resources and the Manager’s Secretary.
SAT Task Force was an Aramco project for the Ministry of Petroleum organized to
conduct the new evaluation or arrangement with Chevron on the PNZ (Partitioned
Neutral Zone). Joined the project to provide administrative support to the entire team
throughout the project from the Due Diligence to the negotiation phase. In addition, I
provided coverage and support during the SAT
Hired as Accounts Analysis Clerk under the Planning & Programs Division of Berri Gas Plant Department. Handles correspondence, prepares expense report, travel arrangements, screened calls and set up/organized office. Made decision and given free rein to exercise own judgment in minor administrative cases. In addition, officiates as Training Coordinator of the Division by monitoring Technical and Management courses for each Unit Heads or Maintenance Engineers. Responsible for all secretarial duties i.e. typing, filing, setting-up meetings, composing letters, dealing with telephone inquiries, and safekeeping of files.
As Senior Clerk in the Personnel Department, had full responsibility to all Social Security System transactions and paperwork inherent in the position. Job task includes working closely with the Social Security System for information update. Left to accept overseas employment.
