 Giving full administrative and executive secretarial support to the Acting Director of the Institute.
 Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases
 Prepares reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence
 Schedules appointments and meetings for executives and upper level staff.
 Serves as the go-to for office inquiries
 Tracks office supply inventory and approves supply orders.
 supervise and coordinate activities of staff
 Conducts staff training and be involved in staff assessments
 maintain management information systems
 review and answer correspondence
 Provide secretarial or executive services for the team.
 Providing dedicated support to the academic staff across a range of activities like teaching programme administration and discipline-level organization
 Deal with enquiries from all staff, students and visitors in a courteous and professional manner (face-to-face, over the phone and through email)
 Organising workshops, seminars, cross-institutional networks and training programs.
 Giving specialist administrative support and advice or guidance to students or faculty and staff.
 Assisting with marketing activities.
 Dealing with complaints and enquiries.
 Answering and dealing with telephone enquiries.
 Ensuring that the institute page on the website is up to date with the latest information.
 Preparing agendas and writing up minutes.
 Re-solving rooms and conference facilities, re-assuring that are booked accordingly as required.
 Helped to organize examinations and assessments.
 Gathered data and statistics to prepare reports for senior managers.
 Was responsible for purchasing office equipment.
 Involved in practical planning and delivery of courses.
 Was responsible for coordinating small projects.
 Effectively liaising matters with internal and external such as faculty and staff, students, Guests, VIPS, Professors, etc.
