MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Generates sale and achieves showroom targets.
Controls incoming outgoing stock and responsible for overall stock of
The showroom.
Maintains discipline and supervises showroom staff.
Co-ordinates with showroom staff and various other departments with regards to sales, accounts and routine administration of the showroom.
Periodic checks on showroom stock and prepare indents for new stocks
Supervise housekeeping, Maintains POPs, Window display other advertises.
MINOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Aids customers in purchasing merchandise.
Answers queries and provides information to customer about products displayed for sale.

I am a Store in Charge in a retail electronics shop in Dubai. We are the Main Showroom for Samsung Products, We promote New products launch in the market with regards to Panels, IT products Mobile and Gadgets. I am handling 20 Staff in a two given shifts. My Main responsibility as an In Charge are Handling the overall stocks and Showroom target, Providing Customer service and giving the correct information about the products. Maintaining the staff discipline in the floor. Planning, Organizing, maintaining the display as per the companies standards.
