Handled, examined and treated all species of animals, primarily pets/companion animals. Cared for inpatient animals, including examining and advising on treatment, euthanized old, sick, terminally ill or unwanted animals.
Diagnose, treat disease and injuries of small animals such as dogs and cats through medical or surgical treatment, whichever way possible.
- Made routine health status examinations on all animals in the palace and updates their vaccination and deworming programs.
o Examine animals to determine nature of disease or injury and treat animal surgically or medically. It includes taking animal/pet’s history, getting vital and observe clinical signs.
o Immunize animals against different forms of disease such as rabies, parvovirus infection, distemper etc.
o Conducts laboratory exams such as fecalysis. Furthermore, I performed surgery such as caesarean section, hysterectomy, castration and others. I am also a consultant on livestock (cattle, sheep, goat and poultry) about programs like vaccination, deworming, diagnosing, treatment and prevention of animal diseases
o Conducts veterinary outreach program which includes castration, vaccination, treatment and deworming of livestock animals.
o Educate pet owners about sanitary measures, feeding and general care to promote health of animals.
o Responsible for overseeing my staff in the proper fulfillment of their responsibilities, such as maintaining cleanliness and proper ambience of the store, monitoring stocks, proper care of boarding and confined pets and proper handling of pets for grooming.
o Work in compliance with the clinic policies and procedures, especially following the clinic rules and filling up clients records ‘with accuracy and completeness of details as much as possible.
