- Handling inspection work for Umm Qasr- Rehabiliation project (Long Term LPG Export)- Train C & D for Basra Gas Company (Shell & SGC Joint venture).
- Managing inspection and rehabilitation work of Storage Terminal and Marine Terminal. Area covered for Process piping, field instrumentation and new control room, Electrical and new SS, Process equipment like Heat exchangers, propane condensers, Air Compressors, N2 compression package, Butane & Propane vapor blowers, Cryogenic Tanks for Propane and Butane, Gasoline Storage Tanks, Fire Water network and storage, Pressure vessels, FG KO drums, Flare system, etc
- Handling client interface between Dubai engineering office, Iraq site team and BGC(Client).
- Managing day to day management communications, client reporting, weekly and monthly engineering meeting, presentation on various aspects on current project, future forecasting scenario, etc
I was responsible for the successful execution of the ADCO’s SAhil-II EPC project for the construction of 24 nos of WAG wells, Water and Gas Flow lines, Wellhead piping and associated facilities including precommissioning/Commissioning.
- Managed a team of Engineers for successful project deliverables and strict budget schedule
- Liasioning with client(ADCO) on day to day basis.
- Handled Project budget and planning for resources
- Responsible for change order and variation request proposal management
- Support services for other ongoing project in the region for cost optimization of available resources
- Management reporting, project review meeting and cost analysis and remedial measures
I am responsible for the successful execution of the OFFSHORE Project EPC-1 for UZ-750 (Upper Zakum Field, Abu Dhabi) on behalf of Al Jaber Energy Services (AJES in Al Jaber Group)with NPCC/TECHNIP CONSORTIUM by providing guidance and support to all aspects of project execution.
-Assisting for project staffing with qualified personnel necessary to perform the work within the budget and schedule of the project.
-Responsible for procedures development for the project and commercial interface with the client.
My Primary role for ZADCO’s UZ-750/EPC-1 project with NPCC/Technip consortium includes:
• Interface with Client
• Review Project Contract & preparation for project deliverables, mobilization and execution plan
• Manage project execution as per established and approved Project Quality Plan & Procedures
• Managing Project execution on Schedule with the help from all deptt.
• Monitor and control manhours and expenditures against Project Budget
• Report to Management Project status and significant project issues
• Manage assigned Proposal, change orders/variations pertaining to ongoing project
Snr. Management Role to support BD and Proposals team for mega projects of Oil/Gas/Construction industries, EPC Projects management, Process Engg, Construction, and site management & Bidding, Tendering & Proposal Management, Contracts/sub contracts management, Client Relationship, Management reporting
- Managing various projects throughout the Afghanistan for civil construction, site engg and project management, installation of electrical and mechanical equipment, maintenance & operation functions.

- Process engineering activities, Process Modelling & simulation for the refinery process units and utilities mainly for the Sulfur Recovery Unit(From Stork & Comprimo B.V), H2S/ Sour Gas Stripper Unit and Amin Wash unit(From ABB Lummus Crest Engg), Diesel Hydro De-Sulphurization Unit (From IFP- France), Cost of Units: US $ 300 mn
- Co-ordination / Interaction with consultants/contractors like ABB-Lummus Crest, EIL, TCE, L & T ECC, Essar Projects, Punj Lloyd, Vijay Tanks, Patron Engineering
- Perform Process Design Calculations, Generate Equipment and Instrument Datasheets, Line List, Control, Safety Logic, Safe Charts
- FEED & Construction management of refinery units with internal pipeline network.
- Project management, controlling of engineering/erection activities, tracking or project progress and development of reporting system by integration with other units progress.
- Preparation and hand over of Monthly project report/progress report with CONTRAINT ANALYSIS to Senior management for their review and further actions.
- Integrate all the site activities including Process Mgt, Electrical-Mechanical-Civil issues, Contractor-sub contractor work progress report and availability of site material for the next phase of project.
- Provide the technical services to make any changes and further expansion report to management
- Preparation of Internal Off-gas and LPG network along the INTERNAL PIPE LINE for the essential utilities and products like STEAM, WATER, SEA WATER, KEROSENE, NAPTHA, ATF, ADO, F.O., etc
- DCS panel operation preparation on SIMULATION SOFTWARE for Troubleshooting and Turnaround
- To coordinate the contractual and commercial contract management of all Hook-Up & Installation contracts and sub-contracts for the Refinery and petrochemical complexes.
- Preparation of S.O.P and operation/maintenance manual for the SRU/ARU/SWS and DHDS units.
