Founded and manage an MSME-registered engineering services enterprise active in water
collection and treatment, wastewater treatment, specialized construction, civil engineering projects
and technical services.
• Lead end-to-end tender and bid activities: review eligibility and scope requirements, assess
technical specifications, prepare BOQs and cost estimates, develop technical-commercial offers,
compile compliance documents and coordinate submissions through GeM and e-procurement
portals.
• Plan and execute water/wastewater and utility projects covering RO, ETP, STP, DM and iron
removal systems, pumps, motors, electrical infrastructure and preventive/breakdown
maintenance.
• Coordinate clients, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams; define work priorities, mobilize
manpower and materials, monitor deliverables and support timely contract execution.
• Manage project budgets, pricing, procurement, vendor development, invoicing, statutory
documentation and commercial negotiations while balancing compliance and project viability.
• Supervise a multidisciplinary team of up to 11 personnel and maintain service documentation,
preventive-maintenance records, escalation support and client reporting.
• Built documented cumulative business turnover exceeding INR 1.13 crore across recent financial
years.
