Establish healthy business relations with all major LCD Dealers & Clients for securing repeat business & long term loyalty and worked towards solving their queries/ complaints efficiently.
Providing Scheme and Margins to Dealers time to time so they can increase the Business.
Timely preparation of entitlement chart for settlement of schemes of dealer and distributor.
Providing Additional Support to Dealers through Small Group Activities (SGA) for Contractors.
Looking after Builders and Contractors, through them getting the new projects.
Regularly meeting with Architects, Interior Designers and Turnkey Contractors and organise seminars like IID Programme (Institute of Interiors Designers).

Activated 4 LCD dealers now market share is more than 40% at their counter and converted one LCD into Exclusive Dealers.
Appointed One New Authorised Distributor for Project Sales.
Assigned Large Competition Dealers growing with 150%.
14 out of 40 LCD Dealers qualified for Dubai Trip (Company Loyalty Programme) in my territory.
Enrolled 120 contactors in FCC Programme related to LCD dealers.
Successfully organised SHARAM DAN DIWAS on 20th December.
