Activities :
•Material Submission
•To coordinate with construction crew for civil/structural activities, including but not limited to excavation, backfilling, compaction, rebar inspection, formwork inspection, Field Density Test, concrete pouring, asphalting, etc.
• To review the relevant documents prior to start of construction e.g. IFC, project specification etc.
•To initiate the RFI’s for Client’s witness of inspection points as per ITPs.
•To coordinate with surveyor to finalize the bench mark survey setting out prior to start of construction
the year 2015, reporting to the Dy. Project Manager. Directed and supervised Engineering team of 2 for the construction of Central Mall in Khalifa City A, Abudhabi.
•Performed site supervision of all phases of construction from execution to hand-over phase and effective management of engineering personnel.
•Executed daily operations of monitoring work progress at site and prepared interim and completion project reports including preparation of monthly progress bills.
•Led squad to achieve and maintain highest rankings for safety standards.
•Inspected work in progress to ensure that work conformed to specifications and that construction schedules were followed.
•Interfaced with the Client, Consultant, Sub-contractors and other outside the company to obtain or provide project, technical and progress data
Worked as Site ingineer for Sobha Developers, India, in the year 2013, reporting to the Dy. Project Manager. Supervised Subcontracting works and site skilled labourers for Infosys Trivandrum
•Provided leadership to project team to accomplish project goals and monitored out-put.
•Provided technical advice and guidance to civil engineering team ensuring that critical or urgent situations are quickly addressed.
•Interfaced with the client, contractors and other outside the company to obtain or provide project, technical and progress data
•Performed site supervision. Inspection of work in progress and Quality Control inspections.
•Ensured a positive work environment and awareness by all staff at the site of project goals and objectives.
•Coordinated with technical specialists and site personnel in identifying and resolving complex technical problems.
