 Facilitate the development and update the IT master plan including high level timeline, budgets, and identification of critical dependencies.
 Work with Business and tower planners to prioritize the various initiatives to optimize the allocation of resources against the projects.
 Ensure enterprise architecture against aligns with business objectives.
 Maintain the communication for progress reporting of the IT master Plan.
 Network vulnerability check and needs the proper reports daily from Assistant Manager.
 Routine checking of ERPs Database backups, Firewall logs etc.
 Works with various towers within IT services to finalize the Annual IT plan for tactical IT projects.
 Daily Meeting with Assist. IT Manager regarding the challenges and strategies of IT Infrastructure.
 Preparation and Analysis of IT Annual Budget.

 Assistant Manager and acting IT Manger in the Organization for multiple sites.
 Processing RMAs for many components including Blackberries, laptops, server hardware and wrong/defective parts return/exchange
 Learn and use relevant sections of the Capital Source programs for managing inventory, assets and accounting invoice and payments.
 Various audits to include weekly, month and quarterly audits such as desktop equipment, inventory and inventory levels, invoicing and purchasing
 Giving lessons to the IT assistants on any latest packages that introduces in the organization.
 Getting touch with the other Department Heads to make their work easier and encourage them in Go Green.
 Making of Quality related forms for the Information Technology Department.
 Taking care of all IT Premises includes Telephonic equipments and getting daily reports from the IT Assistants.
 Making the Annual budget for the IT Department.
 Giving support to the users in the absence of the IT Assistants.
 Support for the Software ( EPMS, Sage Acc Pac etc) from the backend
