Customer Service Executive / Vessel Capacity Management
✓ Answering incoming phone calls.
✓ Processing calls quickly and efficiently while updating our operating system.
✓ Coordinating coverage and rates for volume, truckload and expedited shipments.

✓ Generate all shipping documentation associated with customer shipments, vendor shipments and shipments to all facilities.
✓ Coordinate shipping instructions with the customer's freight forwarder as noted on Sales Order.
✓ Provide all shipping documentation to Inside Sales Department for filing in the respective sales order folder.

✓ Completed Chemical Cargo handling training organised by HAZMAT.
✓ Promoted to Assistant Manager Trade in 2011.
