- Monitor and inspects nuts and stud bolts as per BOM (bill of materials) and correct size and type, and all the pipe and pipe supports installed according to the approved drawing and specification.
- Visual inspection of flanges, gaskets, and bolts, prior to installation.
- Inspection of valve, type of valves, direction of valve installed, valve handle orientation, valve tag number, flange rating & size, valve operation and maintenance access
- Internal tray inspections in column; verify level of tray according to drawing, internal bolt tightening, and manhole bolt torque
- Monitor and witness insulation of pipes, equipment, storage tanks, and coordination with sub-contractor, attend meeting with the sub-contractor to resolve technical, QC and construction issues.
- Witness strip lining inspection inside the Heat exchanger according to the client procedures
- Conduct Hydro test for Heat Exchangers in Turn around
- Coordination with material department / ware house, and witness material receiving inspection and prepare damage reports, if required.
- Carryout inspection for incoming materials, parts, equipments, components and evaluate to determine acceptability based on BOQ and other standard set by client.
- Audit the sub contractor to verify that the QA/QC approved forms are used and the quality of work is properly verified and documented, and prepare finding and report.
- Identifying the type of welding joints according to size, materials and site conditions
- Inspection of pipe line, spools as per isometric drawings.
- Review of hydro test packages, PWHT reports and PMI reports.
- Line check prior to hydro test, to verify the entire work in the test limits has been completed as per isometric and project quality control procedures /specifications /standards.
- Review hydro test package to ensure that the NDT summary, weld summary, weld map, detail support drawing, valve list, approved drawing duly marked the test limits, P & Id marked with test boundaries, approved check list, pressure gauges & PSV calibration certificates, water analysis report, and all the related documents are attached in the test package as per the project requirements.
- Verify manifold test record and pressure gauges, and temporary spools and blinding of lines at test limits are as per marked up P&ID.
- Verify and inspects the material and fittings, gaskets flanges, as per specification and bill of materials.
- Inspection of General Machining Components and CNC components as per the standard drawings provided by suppliers

- In Process Inspection of Knuckle steering, its housing components, den valve items, drilling machine components, etc
- Final inspection of valves, control parts and preparation of final documentation.
- Coordinating with customers/Third party agencies regarding technical clarifications during witness inspection and assisting for document completion
- Verifying and acceptance of Material test certificates and reports from suppliers with respect to international standards
- Review of customer order specification and preparation of Quality assurance plan to customer.
- Ensuring effective documentation of quality plans and periodical records
