Worked as a coordinator between Etihad head office Abu Dhabi, India outsourcing AP/AR and Amman office, managing all HR and financial matters, reporting directly to regional Etihad director.
• Negotiated employee’s existing health insurance contract preventing the company from paying additional 10% on top of original contract price.
• Followed up & coordinated with social security department protecting the company from paying any penalties.
• Prepared and communicated end of year Tax declarations for all employees’ and followed up with them prevented them from legal obligations.
• Controlled all services contracts (utilities, cleaning services, printer leasing, networks & phones, etc.) provided smooth workflow which positively reflected on work efficiency.
• Controlled all local AP/AR and reported them to global AP/AR team prevented the company from paying several duplicated invoices.
• Controlled renewing all official company registration (License of profession, commercial registration, etc.) protecting the company form any legal obligations.
• Maintenance of staff files, staff annual leaves & Sick leaves.
• Controlled all purchase order creation, office supplies & procurement.
• Identified insufficient funds and handled budget transfers prevented the company for all returned purchase orders.
