As part of the Apparel Group, I currently lead VM for CCC Shoes & Bags the latest value brand (footwear & accessories) concept of the group - With a new concept rolling out across its retail portfolio, CCC Shoes & Bags is not only value and fashion, but also an amazing environment to shop at.
• Developing and executing regional VM schemes, and range-displays to attract the customer and drive sales.
• Brand Integration/Generating solutions and implementation).
• As part of team, VM in charge of launching the 7 new stores in Doha (Qatar), Dubai & AUH (UAE), Manama (Bahrain), Dammam (KSA), Muscat (Oman).
• Responsible for training all store managers and staff across stores in visual merchandising principles and brand image.
• Responsible for the effective commercial implementation of visual merchandising guidelines and consistent in-store layouts.
• Responsible for the implementation of windows/POS instore.
• Adapt and implement all in-store campaigns for the Middle Eastern market.
• Communication and coaching of the visual strategy at all levels to drive sales and profit opportunities.
• Communicate and feedback to Merchandise team to maximize product range in accordance with Middle Eastern market.
• Provide conceptual estimates, feasibility studies, cost estimates, and coordinate the issuing of documents.
• Monthly store visits to all GCC regions; accompanied by content creation and preparation of training manuals, updated display strategies based on market review and sell-through reports.
• Working closely with Operations, Merchandising & Product team, Marketing and Retail Store teams within the business.
This role enables me to gain an in-depth understanding of the creative and commercial aspects of Radio as a medium. I have also gained a significant strength in creating a synergy between content and the target listener.
- Responsible for strengthening the station’s lead to be a ‘must-be-on station’ for sponsors, media planners and advertisers.
- Brand Integration/Generating solutions and implementation) Programming Grids, Music and Station Policy setting
- Managing and leading teams consisting of On- air talent, Music, Production and those in other creative functions
- Involved with identifying and developing talent
- Overall management of the Station
- Creatively working with the other teams to plan, execute and monitor Events and Client Activations

- Working closely with other media platforms to optimize the campaigns
MUSIC MANAGEMENT:
- Responsible for managing and supervising the Music on the station
- Well versed on RCS, PowerGold and Dalet softwares
- Managing and streamlining the communication structure for Luxury Retail projects
- Working closely with the clients directly, internal as well as external teams for Project Management
- Key focus on CRM
- Supervise and coordinate the work of the relevant production departments so that the campaign meets deadlines and budget requirements
- Work with the Account/Brand Manager (client’s side), assist with the formulation of marketing strategies and discuss the products, services and branding requirements of each particular client
- Meet clients for briefings and tender submission proposals, campaign strategy and project retro plans along with a summary of the expenditure involved for approval or modification
-Managing the communication structure for the account (new launches/ permanent merchandising) - Proctor & Gamble Prestige. Brands: Dolce&Gabbana (Fragrance & Cosmetics), Gucci, Hugo Boss, Lacoste, James Bond
-Oversee the planning and formulation of projects with Marketing team and Principals
-Liaise with Marketing team, Design team, Retailers, Mall Managements (administrative communication; commercial communication; repairs, etc.)
-Manage new product launches, top spin elements, Retailtainment promotions, events, and materials
-Analyse and survey the competitors and market trends for future improvement
-Assist in preparing the Brand Launch Review reports
-Provide conceptual estimates, feasibility studies, cost estimates, and coordinate the issuing of documents
-Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day progress of projects
-Review creative brand designs to adhere to brand guidelines and retailer guidelines
-Maintain professional relationships with the suppliers/ Negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive rates for premium quality
-Review and implement the updated merchandising plans in the existing stores, periodically
-Managing production proposals of cinema advertising for various leading agencies in the region like
-Starcom Mediavest, Promoseven, Universal Media, JWT, Mediaedge, OMD, Zenithoptimedia, Mindshare, Initiative, BPG Maxus, Euro RSCG, etc
-Negotiations of rates with respective agencies
-Accepting production briefs and assembling suitable solution packages
-Assisting with the overall management of the production budget
-Generate production sales revenue by approaching new direct clients whilst managing existing business
-Supervising the production team based in Bangkok for commercial cinema prints
-Strategize production plans for new brands and clients
-Liaising between agencies, sales team, and production team.
