As a Senior HR Manager with Trassir, I am instrumental in shaping our human resource strategies and initiatives. My primary responsibility revolves around developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to attract, retain and develop talent. My role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills and a passion for building high performance teams in a fast-paced start up environment. My key responsibilities encompass a wide array of HR functions, including but not limited to talent acquisition, employee onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR compliances and Learning and Development initiatives.
Key Deliverables:
Recruitment: Instrumental in managing the recruitment and selection process for different industry verticals, successfully managed recruitments at all levels. Personally, Accountable for Leadership positions End-to-end On-boarding Process: Looked after on-boarding lifecycle process; issued Appointment & Offer Letters; explaining Joining process. Search Engine Specialist: Expertise in making searches, using advance search & boolean search through jobs portals. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Stakeholders to identify their hiring needs and priorities provide solutions that meet and exceed their expectation. Team Management: Hired & managed a team of recruiters for lateral recruitment division; assigned them roles as per their strengths and forte, understanding their specific challenges and working together to bring the best out of them. Strategic Planning: Conceptualize and implement business strategies and initiatives with a view to fulfil the Stakeholder's manpower needs, partnering with all business heads, and executive management to meet their hiring requirements basis the approved manpower planning.
