Reporting to Managing Director as a trusted HR Business Partner and Advisor to contribute to senior management decision making. Leading the 7 member -a strong team of core HR professionals with diverse backgrounds as a mentor and driving HR function from Strategic HR, Resourcing and Talent Planning, Organisation Design, Organizational Development, Performance and Rewards, Employee Engagement Employee Relations, HR Service Delivery and Learning and Development for Intertec Systems across GCC and India (UAE, Oman, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain and India).
Set up the overall HR Department by formulating the structure policies and procedures for the Super-Max Global office.
- Set up the Performance Management System
- Presented HR Diagnostic plan to the Management.
- Established Onboarding and Induction Process
- First time rolled Employee Engagement Plan for employees.
- Prepared the Standing operating procedures for major processes

Managed, effectively deployed and improvised HR processes in alignment with business objectives with a key focus on Talent Management, Talent Engagement, Talent Retention, Compliance and Audit and HR PMO for my unit of more than 10, 000 employees.
