Leading the 7 member -a strong team of core HR professionals with diverse backgrounds as a mentor and driving HR function from Strategic HR, Resourcing and Talent Planning, Organisation Design, Organizational Development, Performance and Rewards, Employee Engagement Employee Relations, HR Service Delivery and Learning and Development for Intertec Systems across GCC and India (UAE, Oman, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain and India).
