Lead sourcing needs analysis with Business Heads and manage the
resourcing process from start to finish.
• Work on agreed budgets and define the selection strategy.
• Analyse and define new internal workflow process to streamline the
sourcing function.
• Vendor management and contract negotiations with several
vendors across the Middle East region.
• Lead in driving the scope and requirements gathering process for
implementation of a recruitment software within Emirates Group IT
division.
• Create Excel based weekly/ monthly status reports, KPI data and recommend solutions to highlighted issues.
