Responsibilities:
Work alongside Associate Consultants and Senior Consultants to source candidates through Bayt, GulfTalent, LinkedIn and other job portals for Banking and Financial Services as well as Finance and Accounts desks
Headhunt for senior niche roles from client competitors or even from overseas and brief them on the opportunities offered by the client
Conduct phone interviews and ten face to face interviews per week
Offer consultative CV and interview advice to candidates for client interview preparation
Perform market research to generate leads and add new jobs for consultants
Receive resumes and edit them according to the Michael Page format after registering and properly coding candidates, thereby adding to the existing database
Take job briefs from Senior Consultants, identify Key Selection Criteria and prepare shortlists of suitable candidates within the provided deadline
Manage the recruitment process through interview to offer stage and beyond
Key Achievements:
Received 4 offers and made 3 placements( two assisted and one end-to-end) within 12 weeks of internship resulting in a revenue of AED 100, 920 for the business
Ranked above 100 % in achieving required KPI’s
Sent 174 CV’s, arranged 34 client interviews, generated 62 leads and conducted a total of 162 candidate interviews
