Planning and scheduling the manpower for assigned fleet VLCC vessels in line with the company strategy and vessel budget.
•Develop and build on relationship with our crew and 3rd party manning agents. The first point of contact for crew, providing logistical support on aspects such as flights and accommodation when required, port agent coordination, visa related support etc. and provide welfare support when required.
•Effectively supports employees to meet daily requirements/deadlines through addressing queries, resolving day-to-day work related issues.
• All 'Personnel' files for all seagoing crews are maintained properly and contain all required up to date information and all valid documents are scanned and stored electronically.
•Ensure compliance with company’s policies and flag requirements and Functionally responsible for the proper provision and development of Human Resources onboard the ship's owned and managed by the company as per the International regulations and the company's ship's flag authority regulations.
•Coordinating with external training providers and flag state authorities to ensure specific certification is maintained and kept up to date.
•Arranging travel for offshore crew and management of crew change costs and that invoices for the same are
•To screen, short list, and select suitable candidates for various categories onboard and bringing them to office for briefing.
•Attending calls and responding to mails.
